My vehicle purchase unfortunately fell through. In my arrangements however, I was fortunate to have selected Andrew Auto Transport as my shipping broker. Brian made the process a breeze clearly explaining each step, providing prompt responses to my inquires and was always easy to reach by phone or email. Upon informing him that my purchase fell through he remained attentive and helpful and issued me a refund for my initial retainer less a reasonable $19 fee. I can honestly say the next time I need a vehicle shipped I’ll give these guys a call without hesitation.
