I am an owner of a transportation company-Desert Rose Logistics and I recently transported a car for Angeles Auto Transport. The vehicle was ready for pick up on the exact date that we agreed on. The original price to transport the vehicle from Chicago to Miami was lower, but since the car couldn't start, my driver actually used a winch to load it. We received an additional $50 at delivery from the customer because Mike from Angeles explained to the her that there will be an additional charge since the vehicle wasn't running. I will use this broker again.
