I called to report the damage and Maranda spoke to me in a condescending tone. She did not listen to my concerns. She talked over me and stated that Angel did not deliver the car and had nothing to do with the damage. The driver and prestige were more accommodating and listened to what I had to say. The jury is still out on whether the car will get repaired. At any rate, I gave a premature rating before the car was washed and I was able to see the damages. I will not sue your transport company again or recommend you to friends or family. It was easy for you to be nice and courteous prior to the booking, but once I had a complaint the customer service went south. You are just out for the money. I paid a good amount to have my car delivered and damaged. How dare you try to pass the buck? You are just as responsible. I call the nest day once the car was washed. I even told the driver that I couldn't see for the dirt that was all over the car. I am a business woman and all of the advertising in the world will not override word of mouth and I have a big mouth which I plan to use.
