I would use them again, just make sure pick-up time is flexible.

Angels Moving Autos

I briefly researched transport companies for my move from Claremont, CA, to Perrysburg, OH, when I came across transportreviews.com. Based on the reviews, it became readily apparent that Angels Moving Autos was a reliable and careful company. After my experience, I would agree that this comapany was careful (but not reliable) with our 2006 Lexus and 2006 Subaru. I was getting married, going on my honeymoon, and moving to Ohio in the same month. Consequently, I had to time everything perfectly so that I could arrive to OH in time to start my new job. I made arrangements with Angels Moving Autos (AMA) more than two weeks prior to my pick up date. I got married and went out of the country for my honeymoon, so I did not call AMA to check on their progress concerning my move. Three days prior to my pick up date, I called AMA and was informed that they did not have a driver to transport my vehicles, however, they were working on it. AMA was clearly aware that my pick up day was on Friday because I was flying out of CA on a Monday. Well, Friday came and went, and I did not receive a phone call from any driver (without an apology from AMA). After this incident, I was seriously considering changing transport companies. Monday morning, as I was sitting on the plane to leave CA, I received a call from AMA stating that they found a driver to transport my cars. After many phone calls with the driver, I was able to arrange the pick up at my wife's cousin's house. During this process, I received the impression that communication between AMA and their driver was sketchy because the driver kept asking me for information that I had already given to AMA. So, I decided to communicate directly to the driver. Despite the set back at the beginning of my move, once the vehicles were loaded onto the truck, they arrived at the destination a little dirty, but without a scratch. Would I use them again? Yes, but make sure that your pick up date is flexible. I would recommend a seven day window.
