I placed my order with another carrier in the evening. She did not get back to me although I had given a credit card. But Katelyn or someone else from Angels called me at 7 am the next morning and said they had a truck ready to go. They gave me the name and number of the actual trucking company. I spoke to them and they told me they had a truck ready to go and would pick up my new Toyota Prius that afternoon. (I was shipping it to my daughter in Chicago). By 4pm the truck had arrived. The driver said he would be leaving that evening. He even thought he'd arrive by Sat. evening. (They picked up Wednesday at 4pm)I was told the car would be there by Sunday, possibly Sat night. It arrived Sat. afternoon. I had bought the car the previous Sunday with my daughter and she flew home on Sunday. Less than a week later, she was driving it. This company really hustled. I would definitely use them again. They told me I could have posted a lower price but I would have waited. They were totally honest. Outstanding.
