My stuff was picked up in time.
But when delivered to Ohio from Arizona, we realized that the King size box spring was lost/ stolen.
It was clearly on the list when picked up, even according to the records of truck driver.
Such hassle! Had to go and buy a box spring, as without it couldnt have used the bed!

The worst part was after this couldn't contact the company, they wouldn't pick up phone, nor answer emails.
