I hired Atlas Auto Shipping to transport my SUV from WI to NM. I selected them based on Patriicia East's comments that "95% of their orders ship within 1 to 4-5 days and almost all within 10 days". I needed a pickup within a week because I was paying a parking garage fee, but was not worried about how long it would take to get here. After 15 days, I finally hired a new company. They were able to pick up the vehicle THE NEXT DAY! Nothing but undelivered promises.
The communication was non-existent, unless I called and requested a status. She never knew when a carrier would be able to service a pickup, she never indicated that the pickup was going to take longer than 4-5 days, she never communicated.
ADVICE: Pay the extra $100 and hire another company with 5-star reviews.
