I called Patricia East in the morning and she explained everything I needed to know- she told me my route was a very easy move and to expect pickup within a few days of submitting my paperwork. Within hours of sending it in Ms. East contacted me with my driver's name and phone number, and the driver called me that evening to finalize the details of pickup the next day. I signed off and the driver was able to time my delivery with my arrival in New York, so I didn't even need to spend any money on a rental car. This service was better than I expected and I will use it again.
