Worst choice ever!!!!!

I used Audcor Transport to transport my friends car down to Florida. When the vehicle was picked up the gentleman seemed nice. The vehicle was picked up on Monday June 15th and was to be delivered on Wednesday June 17th. When the vehicle didn't arrive on the day promised I called and they said that the carrier has a 2 day grace period to deliver the vehicle. So when that 2 day grace period was up on that Friday June 19th, I tried to call the customer service again with no response. Also tried to call the driver. when Monday June 22nd came up and it had now been a week and no car delivered, I left the driver a message that I was going to report the vehicle stolen as been over a week. The driver finally called me back and was using insane language with me and telling me that he does not have to respond to me or to my friend who is awaiting her car. Said thee car will get there when it does. This is such atrocious customer service, and I feel terrible for my friend waiting on her vehicle as she is a single mother and doesn't have a ton of money right now.

I would not trust these people to ever transport anything. it is Tuesday June 23rd and the vehicle still isn't there. Even the dispatch company that helped locate the transport company still cannot get a hold of the driver.

Please don't ever use these people. For all I know the car is gone for good!!!!
