Kinda concerning hireing someone or a company you don't know over the phone. With much hesatation I responded to Auto Cargo Export out of so many texts. The trailer had to be picked up on a certian date and arrive at the dock in Oakland, CA by a deadline. The trailer was picked up, an hour or so late, and the driver headed to the port in a storm. It was so windy it was unsafe and the driver contacted me letting me know the situtation. The driver took my 36 foot trailer home and cared for it over night untill the storm passed and made it to the port early the next morning. I thought that was quite responsible of him to do that. I'm glad I chose this delivery service. Thank you. Larry
