They played the "we'll call you back" game for days. They had the order for over one week and never contacted me, everytime it was me that contacted them. I had a "drop dead pick up date and they knew it.
Then I found out that most reputable carriers do not ask for money up front...........I should have known that their quote was too low......The BBB has an "F rating on them........ Live, learn and move on. I asked them to take the order off central dispatch and was curtly told "have a nice day" and they hanged up"....go figure.
