Horrible company, STAY AWAY!

The company is horrible! Intentionally concealed the "fine print" from me. Told me the vehicle would be picked up ON a certain date, which is not how it works. Took a $200 deposit up front, the when their contract window for pick-up expired (7 business days before or after, 19 days total) they refused to refund my money. They never picked it up, their customer service was horrible (all I heard for 2 weeks was, "it's in dispatch, and we have drivers calling in all the time. It should be by the end of the day.". I wouldn't pay the to ship a Rice Krispies Treat, let alone my $21,000 Jeep.
