This company would be the worst company I have ever had dealings with. I put in for a quote over the internet, and then Adrian had phone contact with me every day for 4 days until I made my decision to go with his company. He took my deposit out of my Visa account immediately, telling me my car would be collected two days later. He also told me he would notify me 24 hours prior to collection. The day the car was due to be collected I tried to contact him as he had not confirmed the collection of my vehicle. I was constantly getting an answering machine and not having my calls returned I phoned him numerous times leaving numerous messages. Eventually we phoned as a new customer left a message and had my call returned promptly. (only service is for new customers) I then got more bottomless promises regarding the pick up of my car needless to say this company which advertises great customer service with personalised attention gives neither of these, I have today been able to contact him again (once again a trick call) to advise him I want my deposit returned and that I will be booking another company. I would advise everyone to stay away from this company if you ever want to recieve your vehicle..
