Felicia is very knowledgeable on her job. From the time I called to inquire to finding a carrier and delivery. She emailed me and kept me posted everyday to make sure I'm aware of what's going on. Before a carrier was found, she would email me and let me know she was still searching and when one was found made all the arrangements for the car to be picked up. It was so easy working with her and gave me comfort in knowing my car will be in good hands.
