Outstanding communication throughout the entire process (from initial quote to vehicle pickup). Kimberly was very knowledgeable about the process, and addressed all of my questions and concerns almost immediately, via emall and telephone. This is not a process many people are familiar with and can be very nerve-wracking for those of us shipping our classic cars. Her customer service in general was amazing.
