Overall a good experience. The carrier had a truck break down, so the shipment was slightly delayed, but these things happen. The only thing that could have been handled better was the communication with updates as information becomes available. Contacting the customer with a simple text advising of a delay or other status update before the customer calls in is important. I had to call in order to be made aware of the shipment delay. Communication is key and it keeps the customer comfortable knowing that the broker is on top of the situation at all times. This is the only reason I rated 4 stars instead of 5. Aside from that, Lance was honest and genuinely pleasant, he even contacted me after the scheduled delivery to make sure that the car had been delivered. Additionally, the carrier was very professional, courteous and personable.

I would use this company again in the future.
