I had originally booked with another broker that turned out to be a bit shady. Julie happened to place a follow-up call on what was supposed to be my scheduled pickup date with the other broker. When I told her the other broker didn't seem to be making much of an effort to get my car assigned to a carrier, she offered to help. Working through the weekend, Julie helped to get my booking switched to ASG and started searching for a carrier. Within a day she had brokered a deal with a carrier they had worked with before. The driver ended up being a day later for pickup than he originally promised but delivery was a day early so no complaints. Car was undamaged although dirty as expected for an open transport in February.

I highly recommend Julie Johnston from ASG. She explained everything clearly from the start and there were no surprises. I can't say any of that for the first broker we tried. Thank you Julie.
