Not once, but twice, Jerry worked with me with extraordinary patience and kindness. A few months after I had shipped my car to my son in Florida, (with a few bumps that Jerry helped iron out) he (my son) 'traded' the car for a plane ticket home.

Jerry went out of his way - actually out of his way- to help. I mailed Jerry a spare key, and he drove a half hour from his office to meet the transport driver and give him the key, because we were uncertain if the person who had the car would be cooperative.

This was really a stressful time for me, but Jerry's efforts, and his compassion on the other end of the line, helped me keep my sanity. I'm not exaggerating when I say that Jerry is one of the most professional and kind people I've ever worked with.
