After reading many reviews and receiving several quotes, I contacted Auto Shipping TLC. I spoke directly with Jerry Cohen, the owner of the company. Jerry was very informative and took the time to explain the process of how auto transport works. He was very knowledgeable about the industry as well as what we could expect regarding the time frame we needed to allow for pick up, delivery as well as costs. He went over all the documents and walked us through the entire process.

I made the arrangements about a month in advance, Jerry stayed in contact and as our window approached he called with a transport that he had arranged for me to accept. Very professional and smooth process.

My son's SUV was picked up and delivered on time. The transporter that Jerry put us in contact with was great. The driver communicated well, was friendly and thorough in his inspection of the vehicle as well as his documents. Upon delivery, Jerry followed up with a phone call within an hour of the delivery to make sure all went well.

Great experience, I would not hesitate to use Auto Shipping TLC again and would recommend this company to anyone who asks.
