order number 5015.....here is my latest correspondence with these clowns!

Hello:
To whom it may concern:

This email is to serve as an official complaint and demand for a refund and all cost incurred by me by your inability to fulfill the terms of our contract. On June 3, 2004 I contracted with your company for a transport of a vehicle from Romeo, MI to Antioch, CA. I was assured that the car would be picked up within 14 days. It was not! The car was not picked up until June 19, 2004. I received notification only after an angry call to someone named Belinda. I informed Belinda that I wanted out of the contract. I was then told what appears to be a fabrication. The fabrication being that your email system was down....blah, blah, blah. It was agreed at that point that I would receive the car between June 26 and June 29. I reluctantly agreed to this for I felt that I had not choice..........for it was too late to cancel the deal and to get an affordable plane ticket and fly out and pick the car up myself.
To make matters worst.......the company you contracted with Executive Auto Transport called today to inform me that the car will not be delivered until June 29, 2004. In addition, to exasperate matters, the dispatcher at Executive Auto Transport (Cindy) blatantly stated that “this shouldn’t be a big deal for our industry is never on time”.........I informed her that this unacceptable! I informed her that I am an independent contractor and I had cancelled all of my jobs for the day. I did this based upon her “reassurance phone call” I received on Thursday June 24, 2004. I was assured that the car would be delivered on Monday June 28, 2004.
This is significant for your email said that the car would be delivered between June 26 and June 28.............THIS DID NOT HAPPEN! My contract is with you and not Executive Auto Transport, subsequently this demand for a refund.
