Irene was great to work with. She gave me a fast quote and ran through the order with me. She warned me about other companies delaying the pickup as they can take a long time to get a bid on the order. She found me someone on Wednesday, but I needed the car to be picked up on Thursday from Copart or i would get a fee. It was not her fault, but the driver did not pick it up on time from Copart and I had to pay an additional $20 to Copart. Other than that, it was painless.
