So stating all facts here no personal feelings!
After using the website to request a quote, never recieved one. I called 6 times to reach someone to quote me a price to move my vehicle. I advised the car was lowered 1.5 inches. They said no problem. The truck was dispatched to go get the vehicle and the driver says he CANNOT load it on an open carrier. I say no problem what are my options? Michael says "I will call you back and discuss options" never received a phone call. I constantly call the company to get thru only to have my phone call ignored/sent to voicemail. I call from a different number and immediately get thru to a person to discuss why I was being forwarded to voicemail. Excuses. I then say, I wish to cancel the order. Please refund my money. I then get hung up on. I'm in the process of disputing the charge for lack of service/ disrespect and otherwise. Do not use this company. Not even as a last resort.
