I requested quotes from many companies to move my Infiniti FX35 from Louisiana to Colorado and out of all the strictly "email" replies, I got a voice message from Andrew at ATC that stated "I can take care of that right away if you like". That said to me that Andrew received my email request to have my vehicle picked up on October 10 and he already knew of a carrier that was picking up in the area on that day so adding me to the list was not a problem. When I returned the call, he said he didn't have a carrier but was virtually certain he could find one. I invested 3 days waiting for something that Andrew promised me and after speaking to him today, he said he would be unable to help me because he had nothing lined up. He also stated HE was doing ME a favor by searching for a carrier that would meet my needs without getting a deposit from me. I guess this company makes a habit of taking your money before letting you know if they can help you at all and they also believe we need them more than they need us as customers. Interesting. His phone message was misleading because he implied something that wasn't true just to entice me to call back. It was imperative for me to find a carrier that could pick up the car on October 10 and I didn't call anyone else because of his promises. Now, I am moving to Denver in 4 days in my RV with my 5 dogs and I have no way to get my car there because it's too late to line up something else so quickly. Thanks for nothing Andrew.

Auto Transport Connection prides itself on the service we give our customers. We believe this is evident by the other reviews we have on this site. We frequently go beyond the “normal” accepted standards for this industry in an effort to raise the level of “public opinion” for the transport industry. While we try our best to satisfy ALL our customers we realize that is a virtual impossibility. We disagree with the majority of Ms. Hardey’s comments. Specifically, we stated several times that we could not guarantee a pickup date. We had worked on this 1 day NOT 3 when we called to give her an update. We wanted to inform her of a “possible” carrier and that we needed to work out the logistics of the pickup date. Ms. Hardey became so upset on the phone over the issue of a guaranteed pickup date that we were not able to discuss this information with her. A transport broker works in the same way as a “real estate” broker. We have to take something back to the other party as an offer. The carrier needs to know we have a commitment to an order when he contracts to take the vehicle. This is standard industry procedure. Brokers provide a service to their customers who do not have the time to locate a carrier on their own. When given the time and tools need to do the job we can assist our customers efficiently and without controversy for a successful transport.
