Auto Transport Connection was about midway in the quotes i received to transport an automobile from Connecticut to Kentucky. I decided to go with this company because their contact person, Elsie Konzelmen, seemed pleasant, honest and understanding, as well as being forthcoming with information about auto transportation and willing to work with me on scheduling. She turned out to be all of these and more. We had many conversations over a period of several days to work out a schedule, and during each, Ms. Konzelmen remained as polite and patient as she was on my very first conversation with her.
The car was picked up on schedule and dropped at its destination in early morning of the very next day--much quicker than I had expected. The transport driver called to confirm directions and time and when he arrived the car was in tip-top shape. I would recommend this company without reservation.
