We used the broker service UShip, and the first transporter we booked for the job was Initial Logistics, which was a total failure. After 3 weeks of not communicating, we had to cancel the transport and look for another carrier service. We were lucky enough to come across Auto Transport Service 4U. Not only did they respond to communication attempts, they delivered what they promised, which was to pick up the car within 2 days of the booking, and to deliver within 5 days of the pickup. They exceeded this promise by picking up the car within 36 hrs. of the booking, and delivering the car within 3 days. Don't waste your time with mediocre transport companies- go with the best and get your transport item quickly and in great shape.
