Auto Transport Solutions aka Fast Tract Auto Carriers does not tell the truth about anything. They told me they would pick up my car on November 16, 2015. Once they had my money and I had signed the contract, they changed the date they would pick my car up to November 17, 2015, a date on which I was not available. I told Donna when I spoke with her in the early morning of November 16, 2015 that my car HAD to be picked up on November 16, 2015. She said that would be done. I didn't pay any attention to the small print in the agreement because I had no idea she was lying. Auto Transport Solutions kept the $100 they took for their "deposit" for arranging the transport that never happen. If you want a truthful and reliable transport company, use Ship Your Car Now instead. They will not play games with moving your vehicle like Auto Transport Solutions does.
