7 business days after i scheduled the pick up of my cars i had to cancell the job . The dispatcher in this company is very unprofessional , we did not even get any phone call on the day that were expecting for cars to be picked up. When I called no one can give me information on how long do we have to wait until the cars will be picked up, the dispatcher even said maybe by next year it will be picked up. After waiting for seven business i decided to cancell when i called the company for cancellation and was told that its not refundable that i will have credit for 6 months, eventhough its stated in contract that if after 7 business days that the job is not done deposit will be 100 percent refunded. Now i am disputing this charges. Dont use this company.
