I hired this company to transport my truck, a day before they were supposed to deliver they called and told me my shipment would be a week late. They refused to reimburse me for my trouble. They offered a courtesy car to my father, who also shipped with them, but not to me since I was too young for a rental car. I have never been in an accident, I bought the car with my money, and I insure it with my money, and yet I'm not responsible enough for their rental car? They told me the rental car company they usually work with does not allow young drivers. They could have tried to find another company to give me a rental, but of course they don't care.
The man who came to pick up my truck also insulted it saying it had "a lot of scratches."
I will drive my vehicles to their new locations from now on. I've learned these companies cannot be trusted.
