Looking back at my notes, I see that I contacted you last Thursday and offered to make some calls to carriers to see if I could get a confirmed transport without any cost or obligation to you. Within 3 hours I had a confirmed carrier at the price I had presented. Now, a week later, your vehicle has been transported and we have had the privilege to take care of another valuable customer.
