I had the pleasure of working with Kim. She was extremely knowledgable and was courteous during every phone conversation I had with her. I had a very flexible ship date, so I called in several times to make changes and updates. She never was short or annoyed, she was always joyful and happy on the phone. I was happy to work with her and plan to work with her again if I need to ship a vehicle in the future. I cannot recommend her more.
