Hi Candice, thank you for the review, yes we worked hard on getting your car picked up and delivered on the dates you required, it also arrived in the great condition, all in all, I would say this went perfect! As you can imagine the drivers are constantly in motion and can get delayed due to circumstance outside their control (i.e. traffic, weather) and also other customers not being on time for pick-ups or delivers so if he was to call you too far in advance this time could change!
