I recently moved from Hawaii to Illinois for work and looked at many companies before making a decision. Auto Star was very close in pricing to all the other companies but the customer service I received was outstanding. I also work with the public in a sales position and I would love to have these agents working for me. They had prompt and informative feedback and were very polite at all times. I actually had Manny send me an email stating he would call me later in the day since they were in Florida and I was in Hawaii he knew the time difference would be horrible for calling so he let me give him a time to call and he did. That to me was amazing service all by itself. I was always in contact with an agent and they made the entire process painless. I will use them for any auto transport and definitely recommend them to all my friends.
