Honest company and great communication

We're a military family, and needed our third car - my husband's Jeep Wrangler - shipped to our next duty station since the Air Force doesn't do that for us. After navigating the shark-infested waters of auto transport, we felt comfortable hiring AutoStar to move our Jeep for us. The price was very reasonable, and the best part was the customer service. It took almost three weeks for them to find a carrier that was going between our origin and destination, and we ended up having to leave the Jeep with our neighbors because we had to depart on a certain date. Despite the delay - which didn't inconvenience us because this was a third car - Rodrigo and his colleagues were extremely communicative, letting us know what our various options were and calling at least every three days to let us know they hadn't forgotten about us and were working hard to find us a carrier. Once they found someone, they picked up the Jeep a day earlier than we expected and delivered it within just a few days. Please keep in mind when shopping for an auto transport company to check reviews (ALL of them, like the filtered ones on Yelp that can be both good and bad) and the company's BBB rating. We were lucky that we hired the right company and had a good, honest experience moving our car.
