Shipped my car from Miami Fl to Ohio, service was good, i had to change my pick up time 2x, customer service was able to help each time at no additional cost. very easy to use. when we had a problem emailing the contract 2 people helped me and called and emailed to check up to make sure I had received it. The driver was courteous and prompt. my car arrived on time and in the same condition as when i left it.

I was a little worried because i arranged the shipment far in advance of my move and then didn't hear from the driver until the week of the transport, but he did call on time and everything was ok.

I was moving with a small child, getting my car to the place on time was a huge stress relief. I was so happy to avoid a long road trip with a 2 yr old. It cost less to ship my car (vs hotels and gas) and was less stress. would recommend.
