If you want a person that will keep in contact with you, take your phone calls and promptly return your emails, ask for Kirsten.

I mean that.

Recently was my first car shipping experience. I received multiple online quotes and some brokers took it upon themselves to post my job - even though I didn't sign with them. The result was I had my transport job listed multiple times, which has a tendency to spook drivers.

Kirsten recognized this problem off the bat and simply educated me about how things work. I had no questions after talking with Kirsten and on multiple occasions she checked in on her own.

By the way, I previously hired Cosmos Auto Transport and they were horrendous. Their was so much miscommunication that I had no choice but to fire them and look elsewhere.

If strong communication is what you look for in a shipper, than you and I have that in common. That said, ask for Kirsten when you call Autostar. That young lady cares.
