I used AutoStar when I had to move from Greensboro, North Carolina to Aurora, Colorado for a new position. It was winter and just the thought of driving for more than 24 hours in possibly icy roads was out of my scope. I was worried about the pick up, delivery and what would happen every step of the way. However, my experience with AutoStar was nothing short of amazing. Sophia, whom I spoke to before signing the contract, was very helpful and answered all my questions and tried to help clarify any worries I had about the situation. My car was delivered before I even flew to Colorado and kept in storage until I was there. Then, a representative (unfortunately I can't remember her name) was kind enough to drive my car to where I was staying. This meant that I didn't need to go to the temporary storage (and spend $$ on the ride) to pick up my car which I appreciated wholeheartedly. Overall, my experience with AutoStar was very comfortable and stress-free and I would recommend this company to anyone interested in their services.
