Customer has been refunded his $100 deposit that he voluntarily paid, when he voluntarily placed his order online AFTER he had agreed to all terms and conditions, which clearly states amendments to the full insurance policy. NO broker or carrier in the automobile transport industry is going to provide 100% bumper to bumper coverage. We wish the customer well, and hope his vehicle travels safely.
