I highly recommend Dimitri with AutoStar. His communication was over the top the whole way though. He explained the process of shipping a car and put me at ease. When it came time to ship, he notified me when the driver assigned, vehicle picked up, and dropped off. I was hesitant about shipping a brand new Lexus, but it couldn’t have gone smoother. I just reached out to AutoStar to ship another vehicle—highly recommend!
