Easy process to book. Autostar customer service was good,easy to get in touch with to ask questions. Very difficult to get an accurate estimate of when the car will be picked up/arriving,all very up in the air until the day prior or day of. Communication with driver was difficult, limited communication on pick up, was a day later than was said the driver would pick up and was a couple hours late to drop off car with limited communication. Overall would probably book again if I had a more lenient time frame for when needed the car to arrive. Also time frames for pick up/drop off seem very lenient so need to have time to wait.
