I am in Florida and arranged a pick up in NM and delivery in MD. Sorry but I do not remember the very nice person's name who helped me, but she was great. I had talked to others and learned of this website to check on the movers. The seller was called and pickup was arranged and accomplished easily. The delivery was faster than expected. The driver called and set a time and was there promptly. Thanks for being helpful. I recommend this company and the carrier they used very highly.
