This was my first time to need a Transport Company to deliver a car I bought. I went on line and requested quite a few quotes. Some prices were way too high & I didn't pick them because I couldn't afford it but on the other hand I didn't want to choose the cheapest quote either. The several low quotes I didn't choose because they had complaints against them and their ratings were not 5 star. I picked the most reasonable one that had 5 star rating and I sure wasn't disappointed. I had a contact person that I could check in with at any time who was very helpful and knowledgeable. She did all the work for me making it easy for me. They called me after finding a company that was delivering in my area, and gave me his name and phone number. They had it set up for him to call me enroute as he got close enough to give me an approximate time and day they would be dropping the car off to me. He told me that if he couldn't meet that time he would give me a call to let me know and which he did to give me a later time and he was able to meet me at that time. I would definitely use this carrier again as I found out they were honest and trustworthy.
