The customer service was awesome from beginning to end. When I needed information, I contacted autostar directly and they provided me with the ibformation I needed. I packed my car with items and I got them back without damage done to them. My car wasn't damaged at all, everything was in the same condition it was in when it was uploaded to the carrier. I would use this company again.
