I had my oldest daughter's car shipped from Idaho to the Houston area. I spent 2 months looking at better business bureau records and contacting people who had shipped. My own prior experience with auto shipping was pretty bad and I was shocked how many of these companies look horrible in the BBB database (some even fail to put a physical address down so it is had to find them in the BBB database). I finally nailed it down to 3 shippers using this forum. After requesting quotes from all 3 - Autozipper was the only one that seemed to care enough to follow up promptly. They were the middle quote on price. I went with them because I received a call very quickly from Brian Cronin. He actually stopped me from putting down a deposit until he could guarantee a driver on the route in a reasonable timeframe, explained all the logistics required and gave me solid estimates for pickup and delivery and answered every question I had. Best of all - the car showed up 4 days early. I was completely happy with Autozipper. I would use them again and would highly recommend them. It is nice to see a customer focused broker out there that has high standards for how they do business.
