This is the worst broker I have ever dealt with. The woman (Jen) who set it all up seemed very nice on the phone and convinced me that my suv would be delivered to me within a week if I paid in full. She said that it was not a guarantee for 7 days, but definitely right around there. She was never that nice again after she got my money. They used a TERRIBLE transport company called Bluebonnet in Texas that has a terrible reputation (I found out the hard way). My suv was picked up in a few days, but sat on a storage lot in Texas for 6 weeks. Bluebonnet kept telling me that I had to deal with my broker because "they lie to all of their customers about shipping times just to make a sale". Well, that is definitely the truth. When I called to ask about why my car was not being shipped, they would put a LOW-LIFE MAN on the phone who was extremely rude and would lie about everything. I caught him in multiple lies over the 6 weeks. He would call me names and hang up the phone or tell me that I "just have to wait and be patient". The bottom line is, dont ever trust the cheapest company out there...or at least not without checking this site first. I wish I would have found this site before dealing with them and I would not have been without a car for 6 weeks. I WILL NEVER USE THESE JERKS AGAIN!!! I hope they are reading this.
