Am speaking from the transport end of Autotrails. We booked to move 2 vehicles and moved them within the time frame promised by us to Autotrails (2 -3 days). They now owe us $1000.00 which they have undoubtedly collected from their customers and will not pay. It has been over 30 days. They not rip off customers, they rip off transporters.
