SHIPPERS BEWARE. Available Logistics (aka) AAA Logistics is s transportation SCAM company (i.e. a broker) out of Glen Cove, NY 877-795-8738 and 855-550-5540 and mulitiple other phone numbers that will STEAL your money in a New York minute. They require a $175.00 CHECK for deposit versus a credit card so you, as the customer, wil have NO financial recourse to recoup the money with the assistance of your credit card company. ALL LEGITIMATE brokers take credit cards and provide immediate receipts. They will provide you with a pickup date that they will not honor - in my case, I heard nothing for 14 days after the CONTRACTED date until I was contacted by a rude driver who wanted a $1,000.00 cash and the keys to my vehicle. There was absolutely NO communication from the company and your pickup date is merely an appeasement date they provide. Their advertisement states " IMMEDIATE SERVICE and PROFESSIONAL TRUCKERS over DEPENDABLE ROUTES". Unfortunaetly, the reverse is true. Their CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTANT and a month later when I finally received a written response, they STRESS their 7 - 20 days that they need for pickup which is WELL HIDDEN in the paperwork. If you complain, and ask for a refund, they will threaten you with a LAWSUIT. With that said, if you are victumized by Available Logistiscs, I suggest you contact the Attorney General of NEW YORK @ 800-771-7755 and www.ag.ny.gov at 200 OLD Country Rd., Suite 240, Mineola, NY 11501-4239 for adjudication. ABSOLUTELY and POSITIVELY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
