If you need money back, you may have a claim through there insurance, It seems they have a new Insurance company as of 14th Dec 2011, (maybe coz I contacted everyone on this site to tell them to call the previous insurance, that is a guess not fact) the information is public on there License, put the license # in Google MC738908, then click on FMCSA motor carrier, scroll down the license til you see the insurance, give them a call, tell them your story, also let them know there business address is actually a box at a mailbox etc. These people had no idea who they were screwing with when they tried to screw me. Hope this helps someone.
