Damage

Car arrived on time. The vehicle was covered in dirt. An inspection was done and the vehicle was released. I then parked the car in the drive way over night. The next morning I washed the vehicle and found a scratch. I took photos and contacted Mitch. Mitch requested for photos to be sent over. I did so and Mitch confirmed that the scratch was not there prior during the initial inspection. Mitch informed me to get a quote for the repairs.

I received a quote a few days later and sent it to Mitch. Mitch told me that the repairs to high and would have to call his manager Benjamin.

I call Benjamin to discuss the claim. Benjamin told me that I should of never picked up my car if I wasn't happy with the service. I explained that the damages were not visible until the car was clean. Benjamin then started that 1800 dollars worth of damages would of been visible.

I explained that I don't fix cars as a profession so I am not sure what the repairs would take. Benjamin agreed and stated he did not either.

(Benjamin was very rude and condescending)

I requested to have their insurance carrier to file a claim.

Benjamin refused to provide their carrier.
