AzTrans DESTROYED my vehicle!!!!!!!!

AzTrans inc is by far the worst experience I have ever had. My vehicle was a roller (no drivetrain only a rolling chassis) with a new paint job and 75% restored. I was told I had to pay more for a truck with a winch which they did not have anyhow and still paid more. The hood was tied down and the driver was made aware of this but refused to load the car backwards. Then somewhere between NV and PA the hood opened breaking the hood in half, smashing a brand new windshield, and denting the roof. At no point during the trip was I made aware of this. The vehicle then sat unattended at a truck stop for four days while the driver (valeh) sat home. I then recieved the car four days late and covered in snow making it very hard to see any visible damage. Once here the driver refused to move the car from the top rack without payment. I then handed him the money and was then made aware of the damage to the car. As if that wasn't enough they then tore off the front bumper, catching it on their ramp and cracked the rear spoiler trying to hold the car back. Once in my garage and thawed there were numerous scratches and flaws that were not on the bill of lading when the car was picked up. The total damage came to $5200 which my insurance had to pay and I still have not been reimbursed for shipping two months later. Bottom line is they are a very shady, unprofessional, inconsiderate company that should be put out of business before this happens to someone else.
