AZTRANS DESTROYED OUR VEHICLE...REFUSES TO GIVE $ BACK OR PAY FOR TOTALED CAR

Our car was totaled by Aztrans plain and simple. Avoid this shady company at all costs if you still want to own a car at the end of the day!!! We waited for 12 days for our car to arrive and all the while, Aztrans led us on about when it would arrive. We had to call everyday. Every delivery date was missed. Finally we got our car and the roof was smashed in. It looked like another car fell onto of it. The doors had structural damage, the windshield cracked, there were scratches along the entire left side of the car, the driver side mirror was damaged, water leaked in through a hole in the roof.

Our car was deemed a complete total by our insurance company. Aztrans has yet to refund our money and pay for the damages of our car. They have been super shady, negligent and should be stripped of their license to operate as a carrier.

If you are a brokering company- avoid because you will be caught up in the mess of them destroying your customers' cars.

If you are a car owner, do not let your vehicle on this carrier's truck, because you might regret it like we do!!
